Compete for Lindy Hop glory in 2026 Flight Deck Throw Down at the Intrepid Battle of the Big Bands. This years contest will be a strictly swing format. You bring the partner, we choose the music. Winners take home cash, medals and trophies; plus tickets and other event passes (see below)!

Flight Deck Throw Down - Strictly Swing Couples Contest:
Two rounds… pre-lims and finals

• 7:00 to 7:45pm = Check In (at merch table, near Hanger 1) Pay cash entry fee
• 8:00 to 8:30pm = Prelims: 2nd Stage - music by DJ Odysseus (Dance in heats)
• 9:15pm = Finals: Main Stage - live music by the Eyal Vilner Big Band! (phrase battle)

Fee: $10/couple (Paid in cash at event)
