VINTAGE FASHION PARADE & CONTEST
DRESS TO IMPRESS on the INTREPID
Show off your best swing era style at the Battle of the Big Bands!
WHAT TO WEAR:
• Swing era vintage clothing (c.1930s–40s)
• Vintage-inspired reproduction ensembles
• Authentic military uniforms
HOW IT WORKS:
- Be on the flight deck on/near the dance floor between 7:30pm–8:15pm, when judges will be surveying the crowd.
- If you are chosen as a finalist, you will be given a card inviting you to participate in the Vintage Fashion Parade and asked to provide a short description of your look.
- Finalists will report to the flight deck’s main dance floor by 8:30pm. They will show off their finery in the Vintage Fashion Parade, during which the winners of the Best Dressed Contest will be selected and awarded.

- Best Military
Prizes include: Best Dressed Sashes, Retro Revival Purse, comp tickets to a Prohibition Production event, comp tickets to Intrepid Museum + Intrepid Swag Bag
